WAX TECHNOLOGY:

Thunderbolt Plus 30 uses Fast Wax MS12 for speed, slip, and water repellency. MS12 combines high-density polyethylene with two types of high-performance ceramic microspheres. Their large hydrophobic surface area repels water where it matters most—at the running surface of the ski.

For added staying power, additive J reinforces a high-density polyethylene wax with a hard, non-ferrous metallic nanocomposite. Its nanoparticles provide added structure for the paraffin wax inside the ski base, dramatically increasing durability without increasing hardness.

This speed-plus-durability combination is what makes Thunderbolt Plus different. The two additives work together to resist water, abrasion, and performance loss without relying on PTFE or intentionally added forever chemicals.
