Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping

When free shipping is offered, orders will be shipped using the most economical carrier and service available.

  • This may result in longer transit times compared to paid shipping options.

  • If you require faster delivery, upgraded shipping services are available at checkout.

Shipping Within the United States

All domestic orders ship from our facility in Minnesota. Delivery times vary by carrier and service level, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipping to Canada

We do ship to Canada; however, please note the following important information:

  • Taxes, duties, and import fees are not included in the price of your order or in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Canadian customs may assess additional charges upon delivery, and those fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We cannot predict or estimate these charges, as they are set by Canadian customs and may vary based on order value, product type, and province.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes will be refunded minus shipping costs once the package is returned to us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your order has been handed over to the selected shipping carrier, the package is now the carriers responsibility, and not Kirt Outdoor or Fast Wax's. Any delays, lost packages, delivery issues, or mishandling must be resolved directly with the carrier.

  • We will assist in providing tracking information or documentation needed to help you work with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped once additional shipping costs are paid.
